FLEXIBILITY & RATE PROTECTION

• Uninterrupted Rate Protection: Members maintain their original membership rate as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted (no payment defaults, pauses, or account freezes outside of our standard guidelines).
• Emergency Allowance: Life happens! We always make compassionate allowances for medical or family emergency situations so you don’t lose your rate when unexpected life events arise.
• Contract Honor: We always honor the specific contract terms and rates active at the time of your purchase.
• Upgrades & Downgrades: Life circumstances change, and your practice routine might need to shift too. Members are free to upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time without additional administrative fees. Please note that changing membership tiers initiates a new 12-month contract term starting on the date of the change, locking in your new rate and credit structure for the year ahead.

TERM & AUTOMATIC CONVERSION

• 12-Month Initial Term: Monthly memberships begin on the date of purchase and carry an initial 12-month commitment term.
• Automatic Month-to-Month Conversion: After completing your initial 12-month commitment, your membership automatically transitions to a flexible month-to-month membership at the post-commitment rate, just $10 more per month.
• Maintaining Commitment Rates: Members wishing to maintain their initial term rate may simply re-sign for a new 12-month commitment prior to the end of their active term.
• Fee Adjustments: Standard membership rates and terms may be updated with prior written notice, taking effect at the next renewal cycle.

PAYMENTS, FEES & AUTO-DRAFT RETRIES

• Autodraw Requirement: A valid payment method on file is required for automatic monthly drafts.

Payment Methods:

• Credit Cards: Auto-billed monthly via Momence/Stripe. Transactions are subject to standard credit card processing fees.
• ACH (Direct Bank Transfer): All direct bank transfer processing fees are fully covered by Oklahoma Yoga. We highly encourage setting up ACH at checkout!

Failed Payment Retry Schedule & Fees:

If an automated draft fails, Momence will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times following the initial failure:

• 1st Attempt (Initial Billing Date): Free grace period ($0 fee).
• 2nd Attempt: $25 failed payment fee applied.
• 3rd Attempt: $25 failed payment fee applied ($50 total in accrued retry fees).
• 4th Attempt (Deactivation): If the payment remains unpaid after the 3rd retry, the membership will be deactivated. The member will need to pay all outstanding balances and accrued retry fees ($50) in order to reactivate their membership.

CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION

• Standard Cancellation: A 30-day written notice submitted via email to info@oklahomayoga.com is required to cancel your membership once your active 12-month commitment is complete.
• Early Termination Fee: Early cancellation prior to fulfilling the active 12-month commitment incurs a $200 cancellation fee, unless due to verified medical necessity or relocation 50+ miles away (formal documentation required).

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS (12-Month Memberships)

• Members are permitted one membership hold per year (up to a maximum of 60 days) for medical reasons, travel, or unexpected emergencies.
• Requests must be submitted in writing to info@oklahomayoga.com at least 7 days prior to the hold start date.
• Account holds temporarily pause billing and class access, and extend the total length of your required 12-month commitment term accordingly.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & STUDIO GUIDELINES

• Cancellation Window: Class cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to class start time via Momence so practitioners hoping to drop in or on the waitlist may join.
• Credit Memberships (4-Class & 8-Class): Late cancellations (under 3 hours) or unannounced no-shows result in the forfeiture of that class credit.
• Unlimited Memberships: Unlimited members receive priority booking privileges to indefinitely pre-reserve recurring class spots. However, managing attendance is the student’s responsibility. Late cancellations or no-shows incur an automatic $10 late cancel/no-show fee charged to the card on file.

LIABILITY WAIVER & HEALTH AFFIRMATION

• Liability Waiver: Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in yoga classes and studio activities. Oklahoma Yoga is not liable for personal injuries or loss of property, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Health Affirmation: By attending class, attendees confirm they are in good physical health and capable of participating in group yoga. Oklahoma Yoga and its instructors do not provide medical diagnosis or advice.

INDEMNIFICATION & GOVERNING LAW

• Indemnification: Members agree to hold Oklahoma Yoga, LLC harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses related to their participation, breach of agreements, or violation of studio policies.
• Governing Law: All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
