OKLAHOMA YOGA TERMS OF SERVICE

MEMBERSHIP TERM & RENEWAL

• Memberships begin on the purchase date and auto-renew unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice before renewal.
• Membership terms and fees may be updated with prior written notice, taking effect at the next renewal period.

PAYMENTS & FEES

• Members must keep payment details updated to avoid disruptions.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination until resolved.
• Discounts or special offers may apply to the first month’s payment or other promotional periods. Discounts vary and will be disclosed at purchase.
• Payment Options:
  • Credit Cards: Processed through Stripe, with fees included in all purchases and renewing memberships.
  • ACH Debits: Fees are covered by Oklahoma Yoga. (We highly encourage ACH transactions.)

CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION

• A 30-day written notice is required for cancellations.
• Early cancellation before the term ends incurs a cancellation fee as stated in the purchase agreement, unless due to medical necessity or relocation (50+ miles away) with documentation.

MEMBERSHIP HOLD (12-Month Memberships Only)

• One hold per year (maximum 60 days) allowed for medical, travel, or emergencies.
• Hold requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
• Holds do not extend the membership term.

CLASS CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY 

• Cancel at least 3 hours before class to avoid a $10 fee or forfeiting class credit.
• Frequent no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

LIABILITY WAIVER

• Members assume all risks associated with yoga participation.
• Oklahoma Yoga is not liable for injuries, except in cases of gross negligence.

INDEMNIFICATION

• Members agree to hold Oklahoma Yoga harmless against any claims related to participation, contract breaches, or legal violations.

HEALTH AFFIRMATION

• By attending Oklahoma Yoga, attendees confirm they are in good physical condition to participate.
• Oklahoma Yoga does not provide medical advice.
