All Oklahoma Yoga recurring memberships require an initial 12-month commitment and carry a fixed, locked-in rate for the duration of the term.

FLEXIBILITY & RATE PROTECTION

• Uninterrupted Locked-in Rate: Members maintain their fixed membership rate for as long as their account remains active and uninterrupted (no payment defaults, pauses, or freezes outside of our standard guidelines).
• Contract Honor: We always honor the specific contract terms and locked-in rates active at the time of your purchase.
• Emergency Allowance: Life happens! We always make compassionate allowances for verified medical or family emergency situations so you don’t lose your locked-in rate when unexpected events arise.
• Upgrades & Downgrades: Life circumstances change, and your practice routine might need to shift. Members are free to upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time without administrative fees. Changing tiers resets your commitment and begins a new 12-month term, locking in your new rate and credit structure starting on the date of the change.

TERM & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

• 12-Month Committed Term: Every membership carries an initial 12-month term commitment beginning on the date of purchase.
• Paid-in-Full (PIF) Memberships: Paid-in-Full upfront membership options offer rate protection in exchange for a full commitment. All PIF purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.
• Class Credit Auto-Refill (4-Class & 8-Class Tiers): For limited class memberships, class credits automatically refill on your recurring monthly billing date. Unused class credits from prior months do not roll over into subsequent billing cycles.
• Automatic 12-Month Renewal: Upon completion of your initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew for subsequent 12-month terms at your locked-in rate to ensure an uninterrupted practice.
• Fee Adjustments: Standard studio membership rates and terms are subject to change with prior written notice, taking effect at the next 12-month renewal cycle.

PAYMENTS, FEES & AUTOMATED RETRIES

• Recurring Billing: Monthly dues are auto-billed recurring on the billing date established at purchase.
• Payment Processing & Fees:
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Applicable credit card processing fees will be added to monthly transactions.
  • ACH Direct Payments: For payments made via ACH (bank transfer), Oklahoma Yoga covers processing fees.
• Automated Retry & Grace Period Schedule: Members are responsible for maintaining current, valid payment information on file. If a scheduled payment fails, our automated studio system will retry the charge over four consecutive days:
  • Days 1–3 (Grace Period / Retries 1–3): System retries payment daily and sends automated notifications to update billing info ($0 Fee).
  • Day 4 (Final Attempt & Deactivation): Final retry attempt. If payment remains unpaid, a $25 Decline Fee is applied, the membership is automatically deactivated, and class booking privileges are suspended.
• Account Reactivation: To reactivate a deactivated membership, the Member must settle all outstanding dues plus the accrued $25 Decline Fee.
• Promotional Pricing: Special introductory rates or discounts apply only as disclosed at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS, FREEZES & HOLDS

• 30-Day Cancellation Notice: A 30-day written notice prior to your next monthly billing cycle submitted via email to info@oklahomayoga.com is required to cancel your membership or opt out of an automatic 12-month renewal. Please note that verbal or in-person notices given to studio instructors or staff are not accepted.
• Early Termination Fee: Early cancellation prior to fulfilling an active 12-month commitment incurs a $200 cancellation fee, unless due to verified medical necessity or permanent relocation 50+ miles away (formal documentation required).
• Membership Holds & Freezes:
  • Members are permitted one membership hold per 12-month term (up to a maximum of 60 days) for medical reasons, extended travel, or unexpected emergencies.
  • All hold, pause, or freeze requests require a 30-day written notice submitted to info@oklahomayoga.com prior to your next monthly billing cycle.
  • Account holds temporarily pause billing and class access. Pausing your membership extends your 12-month commitment calendar accordingly (e.g., a 1-month hold extends a 12-month contract duration to 13 total calendar months so that 12 full monthly payments are completed).

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & STUDIO GUIDELINES

• Cancellation Window: Class cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to class start time via our studio booking platform so waitlisted practitioners may join.
• Credit Memberships (4-Class & 8-Class): Late cancellations (under 3 hours) or unannounced no-shows result in the forfeiture of that class credit.
• Unlimited Memberships: Unlimited members receive priority booking privileges to pre-reserve recurring class spots. Late cancellations or no-shows incur an automatic $10 late cancel/no-show fee charged to the card on file.
• Studio Perks & Storage: Dedicated personal mat storage for Unlimited VIP Members is subject to in-studio rack space availability and active membership status.

SPECIAL EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE SESSIONS

• Independent Policies: Specialty classes, workshops, guest events, multi-week series/courses, and private sessions are separate from standard recurring memberships and carry their own unique registration, booking, and cancellation policies.
• Event Cancellations: Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, or credit transfers for special events and private sessions are outlined at the time of purchase and strictly enforced due to limited seating and instructor scheduling.

LIABILITY WAIVER & HEALTH AFFIRMATION

• Liability Waiver: Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in yoga classes and studio activities. Oklahoma Yoga is not liable for personal injuries or loss of property, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Health Affirmation: By attending class, attendees confirm they are in good physical health and capable of participating in group yoga. Oklahoma Yoga and its instructors do not provide medical diagnosis or advice.

INDEMNIFICATION & GOVERNING LAW

• Indemnification: Members agree to hold Oklahoma Yoga, LLC harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses related to their participation, breach of agreements, or violation of studio policies.
• Governing Law: All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
