Oklahoma Yoga is an Ahimsa-based studio. In the yoga tradition, Ahimsa is the practice of non-violence, compassion, and kindness. We carry this into every class by fostering an environment of kindness toward ourselves, our fellow students, and the world around us.
We believe that yoga meets you where you are today. We encourage our students to listen to their own bodies—to honor their boundaries when rest is needed, or to challenge them when the time is right.

New to yoga? You’re in the right place. We are a proudly beginner-friendly, all-levels studio. We offer specialized Beginner Flow classes designed specifically for those just starting their journey, ensuring you feel confident and supported from your very first breath.

Expert Instruction: Our teachers are passionate, highly educated, and fully certified. Every instructor at Oklahoma Yoga is required to hold a minimum of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification.
Personalized Attention: We keep our class sizes small to ensure you receive personalized guidance and plenty of “elbow room” to move freely.
Freedom & Joy: We offer contract-free options only. We want our students to maintain their autonomy and flexibility in their practice and their lives.
Premium Equipment: We provide premier Manduka PRO and PROlite yoga mats for your practice. Mat rentals are $5 per class, but are always included for our Members and those on our New Student Intro Offer!
